After placing your order, visit our Upload Your Artwork page and submit your image or design. Include the same name and email address used during checkout so we can match the artwork to your order.
Please upload the highest-quality version available. Accepted artwork may include PNG, JPG, PDF, or an existing design file.
Typical turnaround time is 2–4 business days. Turnaround begins after usable artwork and complete instructions are received.
Pricing is based on the complexity and quality of the submitted artwork. Highly detailed, blurry, or low-resolution images may require an additional design fee. You will be contacted before any additional charges are applied.
Customers must own or have permission to reproduce submitted artwork. B and S Crafters will not reproduce copyrighted or trademarked artwork without appropriate authorization.
